Who May Use 7c770

Use of the 7c770 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Service. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Operator's satisfaction.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 7c770, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Service.
• Be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• Not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Not be currently self-excluded from 7c770 or any affiliated platform.

Registration Requirements

To create an account with 7c770 you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and active mobile number registered to a Bangladesh mobile network operator. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may register only one account. • Proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Screenshots or records confirming ownership of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for transactions on the account.

Deposits

7c770 accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, however the Operator reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposits that are unusually large relative to a player's normal account activity. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed where possible, with any winnings derived from such deposits liable to forfeiture.

7c770 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile network operator or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. 7c770 accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 7c770 are processed to the same BDT mobile wallet used to make the most recent deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and must not relate to funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement or bonus restriction. The Operator processes withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.

The Operator reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending enhanced verification. Circumstances that may trigger a withdrawal review include:

Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Any unauthorised use of 7c770 content will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7c770 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if 7c770 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

7c770's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with use of the Service shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 7c770 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7c770's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

7c770 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 7c770 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
